Last week, we gathered in a beautiful studio space filled with bright, natural light in Petaluma, California for our first photoshoot of the year. Surrounded by the most magical group of women (Covid-tested, of course), and following a dark two-year pandemic, it was just the experience we all needed: laughter, inspiration, creativity and sisterhood. It’s days like these that reinforce our mission to help women feel their best amidst challenging times, reminding us of our impact and deep collective. These moments are what Everviolet is all about.
First to arrive on the scene was our Everviolet team – Keira Kotler (CEO and Founder), Jessica Rohr (Creative Director) and Meghan Langston, (Head of Sourcing, Product Development and Production). Along with Katie Manroe of Katie Manroe Photography, our brilliant photographer, we also had a phenomenal glam squad – Trish Walters, hair stylist and owner of Salt & Honey Salon, and Katie Nash on makeup.
Our stunning models trickled in throughout the day, greeting us with enthusiasm and joy. Each one, a breast cancer thriver – all real women – with no prior modeling experience, they were open and willing to share their stories, their scars and their bodies, in hopes of helping other women going through something similar. Seeing them try on our pieces and bring them to life was amazing – filling the room with all sorts of love, empowerment and positivity. We're so excited to launch this campaign and reveal our new product and imagery. In the meantime, here's a little sneak peek into our remarkable day and what's to come.
