Did you know that the cost of our bras might be partially covered by insurance?

It's true!

Thanks to the US Women's Health and Cancer Rights Act (WHCRA) of 1998, if you have had a single or double mastectomy, you might be eligible to receive post-surgery garments and mastectomy bras from your insurance company each year. And if you have not had reconstructive surgery, this may also include breast forms and prostheses. All you need is a valid prescription from your doctor!

While Everviolet is not able to process these insurance payments directly, we encourage you to consult your provider to learn more about your specific coverage. You might be eligible to receive partial or full reimbursement by simply submitting a claim after a purchase.

Note: The Affordable Care Act that went into effect in 2010 did not change any provisions of the WHCRA for plans that offered coverage before 2010.
