Shipping / Returns
We offer flat rate domestic shipping for $8, and free shipping on domestic orders over $100. We also offer flat rate shipping to Canada for $20. We do not offer international shipping outside of Canada at this time. Arrival times are not guaranteed, and shipping costs are nonrefundable.
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. At this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Returns / Exchanges
We hope you love your new products and never want to take them off.
However, should something be not quite right, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date. Re-sellable items received within 30 days can receive a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. Merchandise must have original tags still intact and be in clean and unused condition.
Given the sensitive nature of our product, we recommend the following measures to ensure we can accept your garments back:
• Do not remove stick-on garment protectors.
• Try on garments after a shower and/or over another undergarment. Items soiled with bodily fluids, deodorant, perfume, smoke or other scents cannot be accepted.
• Do not remove or dispose of any labels or packaging until you are sure that the size and fit are to your liking.
All Everviolet garments come with specific care instructions. We are not responsible for products damaged due to not adhering to these instructions.
How to make a return or exchange:
• Request a Return Authorization # by emailing email@example.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange.
• Once received, we will review your request and provide a RA# and Return Shipping Label.
• Carefully repack the garment(s) in its original packaging, along with your completed Return/Exchange form. Returns that are not accompanied by a Return/Exchange form may not be refunded.
• Place the Return Label on the box or envelope, remove any old mailing labels, securely seal the package, and drop it at your nearest USPS shipping location.
• In the case of an exchange, once we receive your request, we will process the new order within 48 hours of receipt. If the exchange is due to damage, we will waive the return shipping fee.
We will not be responsible if your package gets damaged in transit due to weather or improperly sealed shipping containers.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. An $8 processing fee will be deducted from your refund for US returns, and a $20 processing fee will be deducted for Canada returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. Please note your bank may require up to 2 business cycles to process and post this transaction to your account.
If you have received our merchandise as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, our standard return policy applies. Returns will be processed in the form of a store credit for the full amount of the gift, or we can refund the amount to the original purchaser within 30 days of purchase. $8 will be deducted from your final exchange or return due to shipping costs.
