Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your order date. All garments must be returned in its original packaging with original tags and sanitary lines intact.

Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed, has perfume or other odors present, or is not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. For sanitary reasons, face masks are not eligible for returns.

How do I make a return?

We’ve partnered with Loop to make the returns experience one more thing to love about Everviolet. Please visit our returns portal here to get started. 

Can I exchange my item for a different size, color or style?  

Of course! To initiate an exchange, return your item in its original packaging, and indicate “store credit” on your return request. Once received, we’ll issue you a gift card in the amount of your item, which you can use anywhere on our site. Everviolet gift cards never expire.  

How long will it take to get a refund?  

We process all returns within 7-10 business days. Once your refund has been initiated, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your original form of payment has been credited. Please note that returns are currently processing slightly slower due to reduced staff resulting from the pandemic. 

Your return will be refunded to your original method of payment. We cannot process refunds to any other payment method than the one used to place your order. 

It can take up to 10 business days for funds to appear back on your credit card.
