Shipping

We offer flat rate domestic shipping for $8, and free shipping on domestic orders over $75. We also offer flat rate shipping to Canada for $20. We do not offer international shipping outside of Canada at this time. Arrival times are not guaranteed, and shipping costs are nonrefundable.

All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. At this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, panties without a protective lining intact, personal care products, and face masks are final sale.
