Here are some of our favorite online workouts that cover a range of activities for all fitness levels. Yoga: From Gentle Yin to Power Yoga to BootCamp, Marin Power Yoga is offering free streaming classes with their Twitch Channel. Join their program, The Journey, to be part of a greater community of wellness and fitness lovers.
Orange Theory Fitness: With all studios closed around the globe, Orange Theory is delivering at home, daily workouts that require no equipment. Check out their IGTV channel here.
HIIT: Are you a HIIT devotee with no workouts on hand? Check out the Tone It Up app containing hundreds of different programs including 10- to 40- minute workout videos and live classes. Free until April 13. Available in the App Store.
Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga: Yoga with Adriene is a 100% free, YouTube playlist of meditation videos, yoga practices of all lengths as well as practices that focus on certain areas of the body. Great for beginners and those wanting a more relaxing, mindful practice.
Peleton: Even without a Peleton bike, if you have a treadmill or stationary bike, you can utilize the Peleton app for spinning and running exercises, or join others in live-streaming workouts. For 90 days, it’s free! Available in the App Store, Google Play and Amazon Appstore.
Dance: Are you a trained dancer who's missing her ballet barre? Or someone who’s always wanted to learn how to hip hop? Check out Steezy with online classes in all types of dance. Good for all levels, and free for the first 7 days.
Dance-inspired: For a workout like no other, DanceBody provides on-demand, live, ab-focused and prenatal classes. They currently have a free 7-day trial and a promotion for 50% off your first paid month.
Barre: Whether you’re a Pure Barre, Bar Method or Dailey Method regular, they’re all offering classes online during our Shelter in Place. Find your favorite teachers or meet new ones in these classes designed to work perfectly at home.
Lululemon: For everything from gym workouts to running, yoga to dumbbells, Lululemon’s YouTube Channel is offering it all in both training tutorials and video classes.
Tracy Anderson: A fitness craze made famous by Gwyneth Paltrow, Tracy Anderson offers classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels plus a dance cardio library. Her revolutionary method promises strong, lean muscles and improved balance. She's currently offering 2 weeks of free online classes for new students.
