The Astrid Bralette is a soft, cute, supportive bralette designed for everyday comfort. It is also the ideal piece to wear after lumpectomy, unilateral or bilateral mastectomy, explant surgery, cosmetic surgery and reconstruction.

Made with two layers of ultra-luxe, sustainable jersey to soothe sensitive skin, plus an internal layer of power mesh for added support. Designed to accommodate arm mobility limitations, it can be stepped into or pulled on overhead.

By far our most versatile style, the Astrid Bralette fits beautifully on women who are flat or asymmetrical, and it has internal pockets for pads or prosthetic breast forms. Best worn as an everyday basic or for light exercise, sleep or yoga.

Ethically made in Mexico. Often eligible for Insurance Coverage.

Fit is snug to provide extra support. For a looser fit or to accommodate swelling, we recommend sizing up.

Can women who have not had surgery or breast cancer wear this bra?
Yes! Our garments are made for all women. If you haven’t had breast cancer, this bra is simply an ultra-soft, well-fitting and supportive bralette made with natural, sustainable fabric. It is also great for light exercise.

How do I wash this product?
Our garments are made to be delicate. Please wash in cold water and hang to dry.

Can this bra hold prosthetics?
All of our bras have pockets for prosthetics and pads, and they come with a complimentary pair of thin shaper pads.

What is your return policy?

Best mastectomy Bra ever

I have been fitted and ordered numerous mastectomy bra's, some were better than others but never a real favorite, more a necessity. I like the simple aspect of this style mastectomy bra the best of all I have tried. Its a tough call for me as I could definitely be a happy "flattie" if I had been fortunate enough to have a double mastectomy. But at least with this style, I feel pretty normal. Not sure how much support it would give a woman with large breasts.

Soft and Comfortable, Yet Supportive

In May I had a bi-lateral mastectomy w/out reconstruction. I ordered this bra prior to surgery and after the drains were removed (after a week) I was able to comfortably wear this bra as I transitioned from the surgical bra. I didn't rub or pull or pinch my suture line or rid up uncomfortably. I like the thin pads because they help give a little extra support for the healing.
