Love this Camisole

I recently had a double mastectomy and was searching for tops I could easily put on during my recovery. This camisole fits the bill! It is easy to pull on from the hips so no need to raise my arms. Equally awesome is the quality of the cami—so soft and beautifully made. Customer service was also very helpful, suggesting that this camisole would be helpful to have during recovery and guiding me to the right size.

I love my Maia camisoles

Years ago, I had breast cancer that was treated with lumpectomy, radiation, and chemotherapy. When I was newly diagnosed six weeks ago, I knew I was going to need a double mastectomy.
I was really at a loss, especially about what i would wear home from the hospital, having gotten different advice from reputable cancer websites and my doctor’s staff. When I discovered Everviolet, I was assuming from what I read that would need some kind of bra— but what?!!
I used the online chat service and was told very clearly that what I wanted was not a bra, but the Maia camisole, because it would give me support without constraint, soft soft softness, drain pockets, and I could pull it up over my hips rather than have to put it on over my head. I also was concerned that i wouldn’t get it in time, because my surgery was only 10 days away, and they assured me that I would get it in time.
Well, they get an A+
I ordered two of them. Not only did I get them in time to wash before wearing and make sure they fit, they are beautifully made and feel really nice against my irritated skin. The size they advised me to get was perfect, and I loved the fact that I didn’t have to put it on over my head. My surgeon helped me put it on when I left the hospital, and she was impressed too!
A word about washing: I knew that I would not be able to wash them by hand as directed because of limited post surgery range of motion. No worries! I put them each in a separate lingerie bag, tossed them in with my other cold water delicates, dried them flat, and they were just fine. Any stains release easily as well.
Everviolet, both staff and products, are the best. I highly recommend them, and look forward to purchasing from them in the future for feminine, comfortable undies!

My favorite undergarment

I was gifted this by my daughter and I couldn't be more grateful. It keeps me cool, and offers a bit of modesty under loose tops. Its soft, and really has held up to multiple washes. I also love the fabric and color- I feel so pretty!
